You're welcome to browse climeapp.com, read about Clime, and share links to it. Please don't use the site in a way that breaks the law, interferes with its operation or security, or places an unreasonable load on it, such as aggressive automated scraping.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

2. The Clime app and Clime Sync

These terms cover the website only. The Clime app is provided under its own license agreement, which is presented with the app. Clime Sync, our optional paid feature, is offered under terms presented when you subscribe.

3. Our content and brand

The Clime name, logo, and the content of this site belong to YZ Media, LLC. You may view the site and share links to it, but please don't copy or reuse its content or brand in a way that suggests we endorse you, or that something is made by us when it isn't.

4. Privacy

How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

5. Links to other sites

This site may link to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, YZ Media, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim relating to the website is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100).

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
